Warehouse Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet shipping deadlines and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into warehouse management systems.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient English language.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• 3 years of warehouse management experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
