Warehouse Trainer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our JUSDA SEE team in Zrenjanin and play a key role in the training, onboarding, and development of our warehouse employees.

We are looking for someone with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment who enjoys working with people, can share knowledge clearly and practically, and helps ensure that employees understand and follow work procedures, safety requirements, and company standards.

What will you be responsible for?

• Onboarding and training new warehouse employees and supporting them during their adaptation period.
• Providing practical and theoretical training on warehouse processes, work procedures, and internal standards.
• Conducting refresher and follow-up training for existing employees.
• Creating and updating training materials, work instructions, and presentations.
• Assessing employees’ knowledge and practical skills after training.
• Identifying areas where employees need additional training or support.
• Providing constructive feedback to employees and their supervisors.
• Cooperating closely with Warehouse Management, Supervisors, Team Leaders, HR, HSE, Quality, and other relevant departments.
• Supporting the implementation of new processes, technologies, and operational standards through employee training.
• Ensuring that HSE, fire safety, and safe working practices are reflected in training activities.
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of training quality and warehouse processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience in employee training, team leadership, or practical knowledge transfer is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and operational procedures.
• Ability to explain, present, and communicate information clearly and effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patience and ability to work with employees with different levels of knowledge and experience.
• Independent, responsible, and proactive approach.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate employees in their development.
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Office and user knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Serbian – native level.
• English – advanced level.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
