Web Developer (Webflow, WordPress)

We are currently seeking a Web Developer (Webflow, WordPress) to join our team in support of our US-based partner company. Our partner company is a creative production and AI Visibility studio helping brands communicate complex ideas through engaging digital experiences and premium content.

As a Web Developer, you will build, maintain, and optimize high-performing websites for the company and clients. You will combine technical expertise with a good eye for design, understand modern web development practices, and can independently manage projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow and WordPress;
• Convert Figma designs and creative concepts into pixel-perfect, functional websites;
• Build custom Webflow interactions, animations, CMS collections, and dynamic content structures;
• Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and page-builder solutions;
• Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP when required;
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO;
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify bugs, and implement effective solutions;
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, analytics, and marketing platforms;
• Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring security, functionality, and compatibility;
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver projects on time;
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas for improving website functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of professional web development experience;
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and WordPress;
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development;
• Experience translating Figma or other design files into accurate, responsive websites;
• Good knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, customizations, and CMS architecture;
• Experience building and managing Webflow CMS-powered websites;
• Understanding of website performance optimization, technical SEO, and accessibility best practices;
• Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and deployment workflows;
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and solve technical challenges;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work;
• Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
