Weekend Dispatcher - USA market

Summa Logistics Inc is a carrier company operating in the USA transportation industry.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate for the position of Weekend Dispatcher

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and managing active truck operations during weekends
• Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Providing track & trace updates and ensuring on-time performance
• Assisting drivers with route planning and operational issues
• Coordinating with maintenance, safety, and dispatch departments when necessary
• Reviewing transportation documents and updating company databases
• Responding quickly to unexpected situations and finding effective solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work from our office in Belgrade
• Previous dispatch or logistics experience at least 2 years 
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of transportation operations and drivers Hours of Service (HOS)
• Safety-oriented mindset
• Coachable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude

WORK SCHEDULE

• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
• Additional hours during weekdays may be available based on business needs
