Welding Supervisor

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in rail industry, either at OEM or parts manufacturer
• Industrial Production background preferred (Production Leader, Product Project Manager, Production Quality Manager, etc.)
• Knowledge of special process such as welding (EN15085) or IWE qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Secondary school qualification – technical background
• Driver's license B category

Main responsibilities:

• Controlling all welding works at client`s premises  
• Managing a team of inspectors
• Assessment and training of new workers
• Short-term and long-term task planning
• Systematization of data on achieved quality performance
• Complaints analysis and preparation of 8D reports
• QMS document management
• Team management and business organization
• Initiation, implementation, and maintenance of records on preventive and corrective measures
• Analysis of non-conformities on products, record keeping and proposing measures to minimize errors
• Process and system audit
