Family & Parenthood

For new moms, BlackRock covers the salary difference between your contracted salary and what the government refunds you during your maternity leave. For new dads, BlackRock provides 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. For your kids, BlackRock sends an end of year gift for each of your children.

Work from home

At the moment, 98% of our Belgrade colleagues are working from home due to the pandemic. When things go back to normal we will have the option to work from home once a week.

Education, professional development

Private health insurance

We provide private health insurance for medical treatments through Triglav, including a full medical check-up once a year. There is also an option to expand the insurance package for your partner and/or children.

Additional days off

Each team has a budget to cover external learning opportunities including courses and conferences, all you need is approval from your manager.

Health and wellbeing

At BlackRock, we support your well-being in work and outside of work. Sport and fitness
