Here are basic steps of how our recruitment process looks like:
Source Applicants:
Branded adverts posted on company careers page or LinkdIn, Stepstone, Indeed, Infostud, Social Media...
Recruiter CV screen:
Recruiters screen CVs against job description and qualifications.
Screening interview:
Recruiters will sreen selected candidates and provide summary to hiring manager for potential 2nd interview
2nd interview:
Interviews are with hiring manager. Testing might be completed if it is required for the role.
Offer:
Recruiter will nofity selected candidate verbally and send officiall offer letter shortly after.
Pre-Boarding:
Recruiter will confirm all necessary information to selected canddiate about future steps and reuired documentation.
Onboarding:
On your first day everyting will be set and ready for you. Onboarding sessions will last for a week where you will have opportunity to meet us better. You will be assigned with "buddy" who will help you through initial time and make sure you are comfortable in your new role.
