Account Manager
Responsibilities:
&diams; The role of Account Manager is to make outbound calls to existing customers from CRM database
&diams; Providing highest level of support and building business relationships with clients based on trust and respect, by using communication via phone/mail
&diams; Commercially minded and motivated to understand our customers
&diams; Help our client&rsquo;s grow - introducing clients to BD Tech services
&diams; Ability to work efficiently in a young, dynamic and fast paced environment
Required qualifications:
&diams; Minimal high school degree required
&diams; Conversational level of English (another language is a plus!)
&diams; Previous experience in sales and/or customer support and call center
&diams; Excellent communication skills
&diams; Basic knowledge of financial markets will be considered a plus
&diams; Highly motivated and goal-driven person
&diams; Energetic, enthusiastic team player with a hunger for success
&diams; You are willing to wear many hats and do, or learn what is needed to get the work done

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of server and network infrastructure. Includes monitoring, adds, moves and changes, software and hardware maintenance, and repair.
Required qualifications:
&diams; Minimal 1 year experience in IT/System Administrator or similar positions &diams; Good knowledge about basic network equipment, protocols, technologies, troubleshooting, VPN &diams; Good level of Windows administration (10, Server 19) &diams; Active Directory and GPO knowledge &diams; PC hardware knowledge, building and diagnostic experience &diams; Network installation experience with Twisted Pair cable and Wi-Fi
