Security Coordination Centre SCC Ltd. Belgrade is the first Regional Security Coordinator (RSC) in the Southeast Europe (SEE), established as a company whose objective is to develop necessary services defined by ENTSO-E's Policy Paper „Core strategy for TSO Coordination" and „Future TSO Coordination for Europe" in order to fulfill operational planning standards which will be defined by the European NC/GL.

Transmission System Operators (TSO's) that founded SCC are EMS (TSO of Serbia), CGES (TSO of Montenegro) and NOSBiH (TSO of Bosnia and Hercegovina).
