About us

Centili was started in 2011 by a team of talented developers and has grown to become a company of more than 60 employees, trusted to process direct carrier billing transactions on more than 280 networks in over 80 countries. Centili’s in-house carrier billing platform is built on top of deep industry knowledge and years of large-scale cooperation with mobile operators.
​Driving business growth for its clients is what Centili is all about. It partners with operators, online businesses, app developers and digital content providers to enable them to start collecting payments and provide the smoothest experience for the end-user.

Why us?

What it means to work @ Centili?

What it means to work at Centili? Well the answer depends on many things, first of all - which office are you joining, Belgrade one or others around the globe. On the other side it depends which team you are becoming a part of. But you are here to get some answers, not listen to us over-analyze things.

So, let us start. Firstly, working at Centili is quite dynamic, whichever team you are on. The nature of our business is that things change in a light-speed, therefore we learned how to adapt fast and we are proud to say that all of our teams are really setting industry norms on all accounts. We have our own product, so we often have many smaller projects and solutions that have to be further improved and developed. We work with huge amounts of data-points and high-volume traffic, which means there is a lot of responsibility, but also a lot of space to learn and develop yourselves.

Secondly, the people – most of our employees are experts in their fields of interest, most of our Devs have more than 5 years of experience in the company, so you have a plenty of space for being mentored by industry titans. When we say that, we do not only mean Business, Development, Finance, Customer Success, HR etc. but also Cooking, Table-Tennis, Video Gaming, Dungeons & Dragons and many more other hobbies and interests. Having said that, we are really eager to continue building our culture in a way that everyone feels like they are part of the Centili family.

Thirdly, work-perks – we have flexible working hours, private healthcare, ability to work from home, table tennis and darts in the office, gym membership, a variety of team-buildings, unlimited fruit supplies and a lot of laughter (as we nurture the mentality it is good to fail, if you fail fast, get up and move on).

Lastly, travels – we cover many markets and therefore we do travel quite often, sometimes for client meetings, sometimes for conferences and trade shows. Not that our people travel all year long (like George Clooney in the movie Up in the air), but we do have some traveling that happens for the job.
