After that, you’ll go through a number of rounds of interviews with people in different roles, your peers, and leadership so we can get to know each other better. The timeline for hiring varies, depending on the role and the number of applicants. We’re only able to follow up with candidates we’d like to move forward with in the interview process due to the large volume of applicants.
