Cultural assessment
- As you’ve probably noticed, our company culture is really important to us. In fact, it’s been the key to our success. That’s why the first step in our recruitment process is to check whether you’d be a good fit.
- The assessment takes about 30 minutes and can be done anytime, anywhere.
Interviews
- That takes us to the job-specific part. We’ll set up one or two interviews with your team leaders and future teammates to find out if you’ve got the right skills for the job.
- These last roughly 1–2 hours and can be held online and/or in person.
The decision
- After your interview, we’ll call you to tell you whether or not your application has been successful.
