<p>With the presence in over 30 countries and successfully accomplished over 10.000 assignments, EIM has started its&nbsp;operations (mostly in Serbia for now) in the Adriatic region 2 years ago with the very successfull track record.</p>
<p>Due to future plans and current needs in Adriatic region, we are looking for a new colleague at the position:&nbsp;</p>

<p>The main purpose of this role would be a structured support to EIM partners in strengthening and building EIM talent&nbsp;pool by proper cooperation with business community in our region. The successful candidate should be able to attract&nbsp;senior professionals from various industry spheres and different functions.</p>
<h3>Main responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with business community by promoting EIM value proposition, mostly on LinkedIn and few times per&nbsp;year by organizing workshops as well as professional associations networking</li>
<li>Present EIM and explaining the EIM business model in order to attract senior professionals</li>
<li>Collaborate with EIM Partners to get a clear view on the assignment needs</li>
<li>Constantly working on a talent pool base as per inputs from EIM partners</li>
<li>Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy using modern tools, mostly LinkedIn</li>
<li>Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels</li>
<li>Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility</li>
<li>Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references</li>
<li>Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries</li>
<li>Support EIM partners in consistent and on-going communication with interim managers</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>University degree in social science</li>
<li>Previous work experience in recruiting, preferably executive search agency</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn for the recruitment and community building purposes</li>
<li>Deep understanding of recruitment processes and KPI driven environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software and candidate databases</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of candidates&rsquo; selection methods</li>
<li>Individual self-starter</li>
<li>Client focus along with relationship building skills</li>
<li>Business acumen and market insight</li>
<li>Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills</li>
<li>Integrity and confidentiality</li>
</ul>
