Our company is engaged in wholesale of auto spare parts for passanger vehicles of well-known worldwide automotive brands of Europe, Korea, Japan and America seeks reliable person to join friendly team passioned in auto parts.
Proces regrutacije i selekcije poslodavca
Responsibility for attraction of new customers, keep in touch with old ones and track sales.
Keeping records and handle the customer relationship throughout the whole sales process (offers, negotiation, sales conclusion and payment)
Preparation of management reports on customer needs, interests, and customer's feedbacks.
Creating weekly and monthly sales and market's potential reports to the management
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Planning schedules for visiting customers
Ability to work well as part of a team, including the flexibility to work outside of direct responsibilities when necessary.
Solid Serbian/English communicating and writing skills (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
Sales work experience
Experience in auto spare parts field of business is a plus
High motivation level, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to maintain strong working relationships..
Prioritization and time management
Knowledge of WMS software
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work under pressure overcoming problems to achieve a goal.
Team oriented person
Driving license (cat. B)
