What Does the Recruitment Process Look Like?
We strive to make our recruitment process transparent, efficient, and a positive experience for every candidate. While the exact process may vary depending on the position, it typically includes the following stages:
1. Application Review: After receiving applications, our Talent Acquisition team conducts an initial review of candidates' resumes and qualifications. Selected applications are then shared with the hiring manager, who works closely with the recruiter to identify candidates who will move forward in the selection process.
2. HR Interview: The first interview stage is usually a virtual meeting with a member of our HR team, conducted via Microsoft Teams and lasting approximately 30 minutes.
This conversation focuses on your professional background, career aspirations, motivation for applying, and the key competencies relevant to the role. It also provides an opportunity for you to learn more about gategroup.
3. Hiring Manager Interview: The next stage involves a discussion with the hiring manager and, depending on the role, one or more team members.
During this interview, we take a deeper look at your technical expertise, relevant experience, and overall fit for the position. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know the team, gain further insight into the role, and ask any questions you may have.
Additional Assessment Stages:
Depending on the requirements of the position, the selection process may also include:
- An additional interview round
- Skills, technical, or language assessments
- A case study or practical assignment
