Here is an overview of our standard selection process. The steps may vary slightly depending on the specific role, but generally follow the structure below:

  1. Application
    Candidates apply by submitting their CV in response to a published job posting. All applications are carefully reviewed by our recruitment team.
  2. Initial Screening & HR Interview
    If your profile matches the key requirements of the position, our HR team will contact you to schedule an initial interview. This interview focuses on your professional background, motivation, and overall fit for the role and company culture.
  3. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager
    Successful candidates from the HR round will be invited to a technical interview with the hiring manager. This step is designed to assess your role-specific skills, practical knowledge, and ability to contribute to the team.
  4. Final Interview – On-site
    The final stage of the process is a face-to-face interview held at our offices. This is an opportunity for a more in-depth conversation and mutual alignment. You’ll also have a chance to get a closer look at our work environment and meet some of the team members.
