<h3><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Making phone calls on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Informing clients on characteristics of services, their prices, as well as answering clients&rsquo; questions.</li>
<li>Acquiring information on clients and their feedback to our services.</li>
<li>Answering phone calls from potential clients and providing them with information regarding products</li>
<li>Assisting clients with any queries and technical issues they come across.</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments for sales representatives aiming at improving the sales process.</li>
<li>Performing market research by acquiring information from clients.</li>
<li>Performing clients&rsquo; follow-up after the sale is over via telephone or electronic email.</li>
<li>Working with clients at the international markets (depending on the team).</li>
<li>Continuously improving the quality of services provided.</li>
<li>Working closely with sales targets.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Fluency in English is a must, other languages are an advantage. &nbsp;</strong></li>
<li>Experience as a telemarketing operator or sales representative will be considered a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.</li>
<li>Organized and able to manage the daily schedule.</li>
<li>Looking for a dynamic workplace.</li>
