Headquartered in Switzerland, MDPI is a fully Open Access publisher with a portfolio of more than 500 journals covering all scientific disciplines. To date, MDPI has published the work of more than 4.5 million researchers, collaborating with a broad network of academic institutions and scientific societies worldwide. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to making high-quality scientific research freely accessible to readers around the world.

MDPI Serbia was established in 2016 as part of MDPI’s continued global expansion. Over the past decade, we have grown from a single location into a strong local presence with offices in both Belgrade and Novi Sad. Today, more than 600 employees across 14 departments contribute to the success of global operations, supporting a wide range of activities that help ensure high-quality research is processed and made available to the scientific community as efficiently as possible.

Our teams bring together people with diverse professional backgrounds and areas of expertise, working across functions such as Editorial, Product & Technology, Marketing, HR and Finance. This diversity allows us to work collaboratively across departments, exchange knowledge, build our own projects and contribute to an internationally connected working environment.
