Lena Novović

I've been working on developing camera software for vehicles for a few years now, which inevitably turned me into a fan of good cars, so I am really excited to have the opportunity to work as a software developer for camera systems at Rivian! My day-to-day job includes a very broad spectrum of engineering tasks, such as adapting and optimizing computer vision algorithms for various platforms, working on inter-process communication of multiple processors, working on video streaming pipelines and much more. I have the opportunity to work with great engineers who are very eager to share their knowledge and learn many different engineering disciplines along the way. At Rivian, I really like the warm, people oriented culture - I've never felt as just "a cog in the machine". The culture really celebrates everyone's differences and lets each person bloom in their own professional path. I also like the fact that I am working on safety-related systems, which means that I get to contribute to making traffic a safer place for everyone. When I am not working, I like to spend time with friends and family, read a good book or watch a good TV show.
