Hiring Journey for Junior Test Consultants - The Six Steps to Success

A company is only as unique as the people in it. Here's a brief introduction to Sixsentix recruitment process of selecting the right, unique candidate for the Junior Test Consultant position.

Step 1: You are Ready for Sixsentix
We appreciate that you choose to apply for a position at Sixsentix. Thank you for your patience during the selection process, which starts now.

Step 2: Please Introduce Yourself

Ready? We would like to get to know each other better. During an interview with our HR team, you will have a chance to learn more about the company and to present yourself in the best way. All applicants in this step need to fill a short psychological test. At the end of a 20-minute interview, you also fill in a short test about the basic concepts relevant to the position you applied for. Don't worry, it is nothing too difficult :)

Step 3: Ready for Sixsentix Basic Training?

We are interested in working with you and you are interested in working with us. You can be just the One for our open position. The next step is a Four Day Tosca Training, held in English by a Certified trainer. You will be in group with approximately five other trainees. The training lasts eight hours per day for three days, while the fourth day is scheduled for a one-hour test about the basics of Tosca. A successful completion of the training is mandatory for the next step.

Step 4: Meet Our SWAT Management Team

It is time to get to know our Test Managers, with whom you will cooperate directly, if you are hired for this position. You will talk with them about your impressions of the training and your interest in testing discipline, after getting acquainted with Tosca.

Step 5: Congratulations!

Now you are a part of the Sixsentix team! You will get a permanent contract, with six months of probationary period.
Note: Juniors without prior working experience start with a temporary employment contract (one month) – Sixsentix scholarship.

​Step 6: Welcome Aboard!

Your one-month onboarding process is taken care of in this step. You will learn from your mentors how to work with Tosca according to our unique Sixsentix Software Agile Testing (SWAT) methodology, about your role and responsibilities, and much more. From our HR Team you will find out the details of the company culture, while everyone will try to help you feel valued, welcomed and excited about working at Sixsentix. Trust us, it a challenging, but a rewarding experience!
