Who are we?
WITHIN is truly the ultimate darkness retreat, unlike any other. Our darkness cabins were custom designed to achieve the best therapeutic effects, whilst also meeting the highest standards of safety, luxury and comfort. Guests participate in a comprehensive preparation program, to maximize the results of the darkness experience. This includes advanced meditation, breath-work, cold-exposure, sound healing, reflexology and other therapies, all delivered by renowned experts. Our retreat counsellors take care of our guests every need throughout their stay, including by delivering gourmet food prepared especially for them.
