3D Character Animator (Unreal Engine)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the film director to understand and define a role of each scene in the video;
• Create 3D character animation;
• Work with MetaHumas to create high-quality character animations using Unreal Engine’s Sequencer;
• Work with MetaHumans to create dramatic and realistic facial animation using Metahuman Animator or keyframe method;
• Implement motion capture data, refine animations, and enhance character movement to fit our animation style;
• Troubleshoot animation-related issues and work closely with the technical team to solve challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in 3D character animation for a year.
• Proficiency in the engine's animation tools (MH Animator, MH Control Rig).
• Proficiency with MoCap and keyframe methods.
• General understanding of engine properties and nuances (materials, BP, light, environment, etc.) will be your advantage.
• Experience in creating realistic character animation (body, facial).
• Understanding of human body mechanics.
• Ability to express dramatic moments artistically.
• Understanding of animation principles and a good sense of composition.
• Good English language skills (B2 and above).
• Willingness to complete a test task.

Conditions:

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00;
• Cool office in the center of Belgrade.
