Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the US market (at least 3 years)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in dispatch software and load boards (DAT, Sylectus etc.)
• Availability to work full-time
