AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer who uses AI as a tool to build products — with a clear focus on delivering working solutions.

This role is not about experimenting with AI, but about applying it in real development — from idea to production, with direct impact on speed and delivery.

We are looking for developers who use AI in a practical way — to build features and deliver real results.

You will work on real features for the PIERRE system — from backend logic and integrations to automations and user-facing functionality

Responsibilities

You will be building features end-to-end — from idea to production — using AI as a standard part of your workflow.

• Using Claude Code as a standard part of development
• Writing and improving code through AI-assisted workflows
• Automating parts of development (tests, logic, flows)
• Working on clearly defined tasks — building them efficiently and delivering working solutions
• Working closely with product and engineering teams
• Continuously improving how we build — faster, simpler, better

Requirements

You should be able to take a defined task and turn it into a working solution, without needing step-by-step guidance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong software development experience (full-stack mindset)
• Uses Claude Code in daily work
• Has experience with Node.js, Next.js, React
• Makes sure the build features are covered with tests.
• Solves problems independently
• Communicates clearly
• Has something we can review (GitHub, projects, real work)
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI in real products
• Understanding where AI actually speeds up development
• Experience working in agile teams
