Affiliate Manager

Job responsibilities: 

• Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue
• Seeking and developing new affiliate relationships - recruiting affiliates, on-boarding them and creating ever-growing successful long-term cooperation 
• Understanding and negotiating terms for insertion orders/contracts
• Monitoring, tracking and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity, quality and optimizing in order to obtain the optimal ROI in the affiliate tracking platform
• Checking and setting up the offers on the tracking platform 
• Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows

Job requirements: 

• Familiar with working in international affiliate markets
• Minimum one year of experience in affiliate manager role
• Strong partnership management skills
• A commitment to building and maintaining strong affiliate relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Driven and results orientated
• Effective reporting and presentation skills
• A good understanding of tracking technology
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and in fast-paced environment 
• Fluent in English – an additional language would be a bonus
