IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Management of assigned region and application of operational standards to achieve regional business goals.
- Continuous monitoring and representation of customer needs in order to achieve the highest level of customer experience in retail
- Directly supervise the operational performance of assigned group of service stations to improve business results (profitability) and meet profit, market share and customer satisfaction goals
- Providing support to service station teams through thorough expertise, guidance, reviews and advice to ensure compliance with MOL's standards of operational excellence
- Creation and implementation of a clear strategy of the region, defining the maximum potential of the region, the best choice of partners, the necessary assortment and services, the need for adaptation/reconstruction and maintenance, the main financial KPIs (main success indicators) and requirements related to employee management
- Performing all necessary service quality checks, audits and controls to ensure that service stations are fully compliant with applicable regulations and internal acts
- Support in the recruitment and selection of candidates for the positions of partners and employees at service stations
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED:
- VI or VII degree in economics or commerce
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of retail
- Practical knowledge in the field of economics
- Experience in sales, managing larger teams (preferably off-site), field management expertise
- Knowledge of the English language
- Working in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), working in NAV is an advantage
- Driving licence (category B)
