Area Sales Representative – South Serbia

Key Responsibilities:

·         Implementation of the overall commercial, marketing and advertising activities of the company in the business region 

·         Contacts with customers, distributors, other companies, and organisations aimed at implementation of the commercial policy of Technopanel

·         Building, developing, and servicing a distributors’ network of the company within the region

·         Responsible for the sales of the entire product portfolio within the region

·         Actively enlargement of the customers’ network within the region according to the strategy and policy of Technopanel

·         Preparation of marketing analysis and research, incl. analysis of competitors, determining target market niches, potential customers, and others

·         Providing technical consultations and cooperation to the customers upon receiving requests, preparation and submission of offers, preparation and implementation of contracts;

·         Preparation and presentation of prepared offers before the customers and pleading for these offers

·         Active participation in the negotiation process and signing project contracts

·         Negotiation of prices and conditions

·         Cooperation to customers during the implementation of the supplies and installation under the contract

·         Active participation in the preparation of product portfolios

·         Identification of opportunities for increasing the market share of Technopanel and its position at the market

·         Preparation of weekly and monthly activity and sales reports

·         Analysis of upcoming needs of customers, their anticipations and requirements 

Key Qualifications and Requirements: 

·         Minimum BA or BSc university diploma in Engineering/ General Business or another related field

·         Minimum 2 years of Technical Sales experience in building materials or similar

·         High-energy, self-motivated personality and team player. Ability to identify key decision makers and build relationships

·         Strong written and oral communication skills. Interactive presentation skills. Excellent customer relationships skills

·         Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities 

·         Proficiency in English

·         Computer proficiency required in MS Office, sales management software used to record daily activities and information. Other related computer skills are plus.

·         Readiness to travel to cover the respective business region

·         Driving license
