Business Manager
We are currently looking for a new colleague who is going to be in charge of the profitability and growth of his/her business unit by steering on employee performance management, service quality and client interaction.

As Business Manager at Transcom you would:
- Build trust with the client, always deliver amazing client meetings
- Empower and coach your team leaders to build world class teams
- Collaborate and plan operation with account RTM and TQM
- Control, monitor, report on and analyse the KPIs, contributing proposed new business strategies, establishing viable budgets and performing on-going financial monitoring
- Ensure high employee satisfaction by building trust in the team
- Have a good understanding of pricing structure and profitability targets, and how you can impact them
- Ensure a smooth and profitable operation
- Ensure that targets are set for each employee and empower the team members to outperform
- Assess and manage the performance of his/her collaborators, in line with Company policies and performance management procedures and processes.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar) or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar post, managing work teams and business areas at the Contact Centre (Experience in direct negotiation with the Client Organisation and budget management is an advantage)
- Interest in the Client Organisation product, motivated by commercial tasks and by team management.
- Office package, Google Apps, E-mail Communication: High level.
- Ability to lead and improve the department in a professional manner
- Experience in a strong results-oriented environment
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Strong analytical skills to interpret results and take decisions based on facts and figures
- English C1 level (written and verbal)
