Job Description

► CAD designing of machinery, equipment, and tools

►Creation of 2D drawings and 3D models

• Provide complete documentation to customer
• Establishing standards for documentation data base (Autodesk Vault)

► Confirmation of manufacturability of designed components based on customer requirements

• Definition of material and production process of designed parts

►Following internal or external order fulfillment of designed parts

• Decision if parts can be made in-house or extern based on the availability of the workshop personal, machines, materials etc.
• Providing delivery date to customer and steering of resources to fulfill all

►Application of product variants to new and existing machinery and tooling

• Analysis of compatibility of new projects to existing machinery and tooling
• Definition of required modifications
• Cost calculation for required upgrades

►Developing tool shop further

• Define technology roadmap
• Establish cooperation with local suppliers to cover all technical requirements
• Increase internal turnover by internalizing of machining business

►Other activities as instructed by the Employer

Qualifications

► VI - VII level of degree (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)

►Up to 5 years of relevant experience

►English language knowledge both written and spoken Basic knowledge of PC usage and MS office package

► Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor / Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 or CATIA or SolidWORKS

►Advanced skills in CAD/ CAM
