The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team.

 You will align all CRM topics within the region EU and Middle East. You steer, lead and coordinate Topic Coordinators and EU Key Users across the region.

 You will be establish Management reporting (prepare for CRM Steering Committee for different high-level meetings in Europe).

 You will be the direct contact to Karlsruhe HQ departments (Sales Coordination Excellence and Business Development & Strategy) (For clarification, approach, etc.). You clarify topics within the region and with CI Team.

 You will coordinate, prioritize, test and release requirements with support of Topic Coordinators (i.e. new functions, features, prioritization, UI List). You conduct and drive change management with sub regions/countries on implementation of sales excellence processes.

 You will conduct regular meetings with Topic Coordinators and EU Key Users.

 You will promote best practice exchange between sub-regions/countries. You train and enable key users. You are the first level support to key users of sales regions.

Qualifications

Who you are:

 You have Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, CRM or related subject.

 You have  4+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing required. 3+ years of experience working with CRM tools, advanced presentation skills.

 You have strong understanding of CRM specific business practices, best practice sharing, intercultural capabilities, ability to successfully coordinate and prioritize different requirements.

 You have strong execution and problem-solving capabilities. Hands-on and pragmatic personality. Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; develops innovative approaches and ideas.

 You are very good in English (written and oral), other language skills are a plus.
