About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job Description:Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team. ►You will setup and launching of marketing campaigns through different channels ►You will communicate with sales and marketing departments for planning of email campaigns ►Creation of reports that serve as the base for customer profiling (number of customers, structure of registered tools, etc.) ►You will get trained about SAP CRM system, create training documentation and will deliver trainings for other colleagues worldwide You will work with technical department: ►You will cooperate with technical department during implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing process ►You will assist during creation of business/technical requirements ►You will support in SAP Marketing Cloud testing and documenting bugs ►You will manage manual and automated data imports into the system ►You will document interfaces and processes ►You will work on data quality check | Qualifications:►Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or similar) ►Experience in IT projects up to 3 years (i.e. implementation of software solution) ►Experience with CRM Marketing applications (SAS, SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365) will be considered as an advantage ►Experience in working across multiple teams and handling multiple stakeholders is appreciated ►Knowledge of JIRA tool will be considered as an advantage ►Logical and systematic thinking ►Great communication and presentation skills ►Fluent and effective verbal and written communication in English You would be a perfect match to our team if: ►You are eager to work with the newest technologies and interested in continuous learning ►You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other ►You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects ►You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally ►You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenge |
