Customer Relationship Management Area:

CRM is managing consumer and business part of Telenor customer base with the aim to maximize Customer Life Time Value and positively impact Customer Experience. CRM entails strong focus on development & implementation of highly-targeted, below-the-line personalized campaign offers based on customer insight and advance analytical models. Data science, campaigns planning and direct marketing are cornerstones of CRM in Telenor Serbia.


  • Take active part in development and implementation of micro-segmented campaigns aligned with organizational KPIs
  • Analyse customer behaviour through their lifecycle; initiating and developing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty while maximizing customer value and satisfaction
  • Conduct profitability analysis and performance reporting of managed campaigns with recommendations for better results
  • Ensure direct and personalized marketing communication is in place along customer lifecycle
  • End to end responsibility over CRM initiative/project being managed from idea to launch, with appropriate follow-up
  • Show understanding of systems and channels to propose efficient utilization which supports customer offering
  • Have a holistic approach to customer offering: continuously work on improving offering, and ensuring smooth offer presentation and activation for the customer
  • Working closely with and supporting other colleagues in CRM area
  • Preparing management reports and presenting results on relevant KPIs


  • University degree, preferably in economics, mathematics/statistics or engineering
  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing, customer support or business planning area
  • Knowledge of campaign management systems will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
  • Team player with great communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end (coordination of G2M process; project management)
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
  • High proficiency in English language
