Job Description► Support worldwide projects and initiatives from SAP ERP point of view with regards to after-sales and request to service (R2S) processes ► Translating business needs into IT requirements for SAP ERP system in the area of order to cash ► Create a business specification (BR) in collaboration with user department and process owners ► Participate in the customization of the SAP ERP system according to specifications, implementation, testing and solution deployment. ► Responsible for creation and update of standard process documentation. ► Acts as SAP ERP expert for the internal and external teams on after-sales and request-to-service (R2S) related topics ► Training and coaching of user department on how to apply standard processes in order to optimize the business |
Qualifications► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on order to cash and materials management ► Implementation experience with SAP (SD, MM, WM) ► Substantial experience in design and optimization of order-to-cash (OTC) and business processes within sales and/or after-sales ► Experience in working in international project teams ► Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent target tracking ► Ability to think analytically ► Willingness to work in a global & virtual team ► Good communication skills and stakeholder management ► English (fluent in spoken and written), German preferable ► Advanced MS Office skills mandatory ► Willingness to work in international projects with occasional travel activity |
