Job Description► Quality assurance for externally sourced parts for series production ► Issuing and handling of complaints towards suppliers ► Ensuring continues production flow in case of supplier quality issues ► Taking decision for restricted releases of series parts with deviations ► Responsibility for monitoring and charging back of defect costs ► Development of appropriate supplier quality improvement concepts ► Working within interdisciplinary teams and the international purchasing organization ► Communication with international suppliers | Qualifications► University degree in manufacturing engineering with focus on quality management methods or comparable degree ► 1 - 3 years of relevant experience ► English language knowledge both written and spoken ► Good knowledge of the common MS-Office applications and SAP environment ► Ability to work within an interdisciplinary and international team ► Ability to read and understand technical drawings ► Systematic and analytical way of working, resilience, ability to work in a team, independency, proactivity ► Working experience in field of automotive business and quality management methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) ► Experience in production processes (e.g. alu-die casting, injection moulding, progressive stamping, assembly etc.) and the field of packaging materials |
