Client Services - Dispatch Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our growing Boston-based team. This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of Client Services Specialist and Dispatcher, offering the right candidate a dynamic role that balances client interaction, operational support, and logistical coordination. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and affiliates via phone and email.
• Manage a high volume of reservations—entering, editing, and verifying data quickly and accurately.
• Schedule, assign, and dispatch chauffeurs for same-day and next-day trips.
• Track and monitor chauffeurs using GPS software to ensure on-time service and route efficiency.
• Coordinate out-of-state and international reservations with affiliate partners.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure during high-volume periods.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, chauffeurs, and team members.
• Assist with problem resolution and ensure every issue is handled with urgency and professionalism.
• Support the reservations and dispatch teams as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a similar office-based role.
• Prior limousine, travel, or transportation industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and high-level interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Working knowledge of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts a plus.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, with some holidays and optional weekend or overnight shifts available.
