Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of workflows and business processes
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of compliance standards across Better Collective’s network
- Map team processes and workflows and analyse them to identify pain points and inefficiencies
- Identify and develop automation solutions utilizing low-code or no-code tools such as Zapier
- Assist in the preparation of market research
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills for setting priorities, working with multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners
- Highly detail-oriented, dedicated, proactive and self -motivated
- Strong administrative and presentation skills
- Adaptable and keen to learn
Preferred qualifications
- A business administration, legal or economics degree is an asset
- Previous experience working in an administrative, project management capacity is a strong advantage
