Customer Services Executive
The position holder will provide component outright sales and loan/exchange support to customers. He/she will answer requests, provide quoting and commercial offers as defined by SR Technics Switzerland Ltd and channels the transactions.
- Ensure that all elements of the relevant quality management system are fulfilled. Ensure that the trading system properly reflects activities (quotes, sales orders, revenue, etc.)
- Communicate with customers to generate leads and fill the sales pipeline, manage transactions as part of the 24/7 trading operations, follow up with customers to effectively generate revenue and ensure proper handover to the other regions
- Maximize profit through effective quoting as defined by SR Technics Switzerland Ltd. support after-sales and cash collection for assigned accounts
- Engage efficiently with colleagues from other regions to develop a true team spirit
- Liaise with current and potential customers of SR Technics Switzerland Ltd. in the region, present the product portfolio and business opportunities to customers and act as communication channel between SR Technics Switzerland Ltd. and customers for outright sale, loan and exchanges
- B.Sc. in a technical or commercial subject or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in aviation in customer facing role
- Good communication (writing and speaking) and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, C1 desired (minimum B2)
- Knowledge of German, Spanish, French or any other additional language would be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office and IT literacy
- Ability to work in the team as well as perform individual tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented person able to work in a team within a global organization
