Delivery Coordinator

JOB POSITION SUMMARY:

Delivery Coordinator will become a Functional Team member for the Global Depot Services Team and will beresponsible for developing and maintaining excel reports including order management, inventory, billing, and shipping. These reports are fed data from multiple sources including Oracle ES/ERP. understanding WRP systems will be a large component of success. This position works on global projects and solves problems in creative and effective ways; Adapts global tools and techniques to local needs; Accountable for successful design, development,and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructure.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Assist in process documentation alignment
  • Processes customer Sales orders and Repair Sales Orders including order entry, order maintenance and cancellation
  • Provides order status as well as information around delays and other order related issues
  • Handles Product and Order Holds
  • Handles Part Substitutions Work closely with other members of the NCR Services Team to implement a multi-functional business solution
  • Support the development of training and deployment
  • Develop and support reporting activities across multiple Services Repair and Depot locations
  • Other duties may be assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education/experience is preferred
  • Strong analysis and design skills Strong written and oral English Language communication skills
  • Strong Self Motivated
  • Strong team orientation
  • Good administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Teamworking skills
  • Ability to perform and switch between multiple and diverse tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle CRM modules: Depot Repair, Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Workin Process
