What We’re Looking For

We need a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in performance marketing and data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for a highly skilled individual with experience in optimizing digital campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads in the construction industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

✔️ SEO & Keyword Strategy: Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for Omega Industries in competitive U.S. markets.

✔️ PPC & Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

✔️ AI Content & Copywriting: Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO) to create high-converting website content, blogs, and ad copy.

✔️ Social Media & Retargeting: Strategize and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns to increase engagement and brand authority.

✔️ Lead Funnel Optimization: Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and A/B testing to improve landing page performance and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

✔️ Competitor & Market Analysis: Track and report on competitor trends, new opportunities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Your Skills & Experience

✅ Proven experience managing SEO, PPC, and AI content campaigns with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

✅ Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

✅ Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.

✅ Experience with AI content tools and a strong grasp of content marketing strategies.

✅ Ability to generate high-quality B2B leads in the U.S. construction industry (a major plus).

✅ Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data-driven marketing.

✅ Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
