Job Description► Establish Classic and Web EDI connection with external suppliers of BOSCH Group ► Contact international suppliers via email and phone ► Train suppliers online to the new process ► Manage technical setups in ERP (SAP) system ► Set technical parameters in Web EDI system (Supply On) ► Manage go-live with the supplier and production plants of BOSCH Group ► Support suppliers in case of EDI-related questions ► Support Plant EDI Coordinators in case of EDI-related questions ► Support EDI Manager in project related topics, based on demand ► Cooperation with international teams in order to achieve the best possible quality of service and delivery ► Creating supplier documentation for special cases ► Assume end-to-end responsibilities for data interfaces with suppliers ► Reporting and escalating key and complex problems and proposing solutions ► Mentoring new team members and ensuring their integration into the team | Qualifications► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economy, Faculty of Technical Science, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences) with focus on logistics ► Basic / General knowledge about Supplier EDI and ERP ► Fluent English knowledge ► German language knowledge is welcomed, but not mandatory ► Good communication & negotiation skills ► Working experience: Preferably: up to 1 year (w/o experience, acceptable) |
