Job Description► Responsible for analysis, design, creation and release of digital solutions to achieve waste-free work systems and productivity increase. Contribution to Bosch Production System (BPS) and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in Pecinci Plant ► Development of new standardized digital processes using BPS methodologies in fields of: quality, delivery, costs, and manufacturing. Creation of SW infrastructure, architecture and creation of programming guidelines for application usage ► Improvement of indirect processes and reporting using digital solutions. Testing of digital solution and assuring sustainable digital process before rollout ► Daily support for shop floor during stabilization phase ► Leading the teams or being an active team member in the Continuous Improvement projects with production and supporting units ► Confirm the implemented measures in a transparent way; report concisely with key data working in the established KPI framework ► Using Lean methodologies, continuously eliminate the wasteful activities toward the productivity improvement ► Maintain contact with relevant departments within the plant and build your own BOSCH network with Lead Plants and Central Departments | Qualifications► University degree: Mechanical Engineering, Organizational sciences, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering (master) ► Very good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Web API , Angular, REST API, MS Entity framework, MS SQL, Oracle, Visual Studio ► Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is an advantage, especially Automotive ► Experience with Lean methodologies is a major advantage ► Experience with quality management systems and tools is a major advantage ► Very good ability to work both individually and in multidisciplinary teams and tight deadlines ► Very good analytical, creative thinking & time management skills ► Very good communication, motivation, coordination and time management skills ► Very good command of English language, spoken and written ► Very good knowledge of MS-Office package, especially Excel |
