Eurolab International Grup is looking for a motivated person for the position: Finance and Administration Manager

Location: Belgrade

Finance and Administration manager is responsible for all task related to financial, legal, human resources, administration and logistics management, supervision and planning of all aspects of business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Excellent financial and accounting skills, with about ten (10) years of experience with financial analysis, financial reporting, cash flow analysis
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Advanced knowledge in financial software applications and Microsoft Office
  • Certified accountant and/or other local certifications, international certifications like ACA will be considered as advantage

Key duties:

  • Responsible for the compiling, protocoling, archiving of the documentation
  • Represents the company in eventual controls in company premises by state institutions
  • Maintains the employee’s personal files and related documentation
  • Orients new hired staff including induction training
  • Preparation of payroll input files
  • Responsible for compliant implementation of financial and related legal procedures
  • Responsible for implementation of all policies and rules in in relation to human resources, clients, contracts, legal matters, logistic and related issues
  • Responsible for contract terms execution with the clients, credit limits, bank guarantees and other financial instrument of guarantees for payment authorized from Serbian institutions
  • Responsible for managing warehouse and logistics: inventory of goods, stock and products expiry control, the execution of orders by system, distribution of ordered product to customers
  • Ensures that the filing systems and financial records are properly maintained and collaborate with external auditor
  • Manages office petty cash disbursement, receipt, and reconciliation and assume the role of cash custodian
  • Provides administrative support and guidance regarding procedures and policies to Eurolab staff
  • Responsible for preparing/reporting documents according company internal instructions and rules on month basis
