The key activities in that role can be described as follows:
- Analysis and determination of preferential origin for the finished product
- Take care of commodity codes for components and finished products
- Control the documents and requirements from the legal Serbian authorities related to the customs process
- Alignment of procedures with current Serbian laws in foreign trade
- Search for opportunities and solutions to improve business
- Continuous update and self-learning on the Legal matters related to the Logistics processes
- Manage the customs process for import and export according to the assignation by the immediate superior
- Propose and be a part of implementing ideas for continuous improvement activities within the company
- Ensure good cooperation with other departments
- Prepare and participate in internal and external audits related to the Foreign Trade area.
What do you need to apply?
You should have a minimum of two years of working experience in same or similar position, the University degree (preferably Logistics or Economics) and passed the exam for calculation origin of products (it is necessary to have number of Certificate issued by Customs authorities.) You are able to work proactively and on your own initiative and to possess ability to establish strong collaborative relations and customer centric dialogues. Moreover, to succeed in this position, it is essential that you:
- Have good language skills both verbal and written. Preferably more different languages.
- Strong skills in communication between functions and levels
- Hold planning and organizational skill
And, it is desirable if you have:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of MS OFFICE/EXCEL
- International profile
