As a Graduate you take control of your own career. Taking matters into your own hands, you tailor the programme to meet your personal requirements and ambitions.

We focus on utilizing your potential through regular evaluation and coaching, and you will have a mentor to support your professional development and organizational understanding.

We will also offer you the training and courses needed to meet your goals. In addition, you and the other graduates in Grundfos will meet regularly and exchange experiences: “The Graduate Programme is like being part of a small family within the big Grundfos family” – Jesper Kjær Jensen, Graduate.

We offer a 2-year working contract. After the two years we will help you find a permanent position within Grundfos.

What is the job about?

A typical programme consists of four different projects.

These projects constitute the building blocks of the programme, and they are your way of accelerating competence growth: “Interesting projects changing every six months and the challenge of learning by doing in exciting and supportive environment” - Milica Pilipovic, Graduate.

Each of the four projects lasts 6 months and at least one project should be located abroad. In this way you get the opportunity to experience different disciplines, develop a global network and improve your cultural and language skills.
