We offer a 2-year working contract. After the two years we will help you find a permanent position within Grundfos. What is the job about?A typical programme consists of four different projects. These projects constitute the building blocks of the programme, and they are your way of accelerating competence growth: “Interesting projects changing every six months and the challenge of learning by doing in exciting and supportive environment” - Milica Pilipovic, Graduate. Each of the four projects lasts 6 months and at least one project should be located abroad. In this way you get the opportunity to experience different disciplines, develop a global network and improve your cultural and language skills.
