As the Human Resources team we lead, support and assist management and employees at Belgrade location regarding all relevant HR topics. The scope of our work encompasses recruitment, career development, employer branding, learning and development, internal communications and administration. We believe it’s all about people, people just like you!
Job Description► You will provide support to management and employees regarding relevant issues ► You will manage and organize the full cycle recruitment process ► Provide support to personal administration of employees ► Participate, coordinate, and implement HR relevant projects ► Provide support in ensuring compliance of company policies and standards with labor law and global company regulations, monitor legal changes and their implementation ► Monitor and support processes related to employee performance management ► Provides guidance and support on training and development topics ► Provide support in international referrals process ► Support the Employer Branding topic and participate in events | Qualifications► Several years of professional experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in IT industry ► University Degree in a relevant field ► High initiative and ability to work independently ► Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Serbian and English language ► Excellent organizational skills and attention to details ► Experience with interpreting and applying the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies ► Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines ► Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ► Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR or applicant tracking software |
