Job Description► Responsible for the development and implementation of the Human Resources processes ► Strongly supporting within HR team with all labor law topics, including Union topics and ensures that all the Company policies and standards are in accordance with the labor law and global guidelines ► Manages recruitment and selection process in dedicated areas ► Advises the local management and employees concerning all HR relevant topics ► Involved in coordination of compensation and benefits aspects at location ► Cooperates with HRL teams, such as administration, payroll, marketing and learning & development to ensure best possible support for our employees ► Participates in, coordinates and implements HR projects | Qualifications► University degree from The Faculty of Law ► Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR dealing with labor law topics, preferred on HR business partner position ► Strong analytical skills ► Ability to cope with changing workloads (excellent self organization skills) ► IT tools(Word, SAP, Excel) knowledge preferred ► Very good level of English language is mandatory ► Previous experience with Union negations preferred ► Previous experience with recruitment preferred ► Ability to work in teams and in big international environment |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse SysteCreate and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment)►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
