Job Description

We are looking for an HR manager to be in charge of people development and coordinating the recruitment process. You will work closely with the management. You will establish and maintain processes ensuring good performance and company culture, and work on adding likeminded developers to the team through recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement HR policies (compensation packages, employee benefits, work organization, performance review, changes in Serbian labor law)
• Structure and organize the recruitment process in cooperation with the CTO
• Identify recruitment channels and promote open positions at Tyllo through them, in charge of brand awareness on the job market
• Organize on-boarding and off-boarding in cooperation with the CTO
• Organize trainings and team building activities to foster the company’s culture and growth

Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience as an HR professional – prior experience in the IT sector highly appreciated
• Outstanding people and communication skills
• Developed skills in conducting interviews (preliminary job interviews, headhunting, performance review, off-boarding interview)
• Good understanding of the IT job market
• Knowledge of the labor framework in Serbia
• Experience in headhunting and recruitment
• Experience in using Linkedin recruiter (notably contact candidates and manage the Linkedin company profile)
• Experience in using HR software (Bamboo HR planned implementation)
