Job Description

 Supports the recruiting process
 Develops new sourcing approaches and employee retention strategies
 Conducts job interviews
 Designs and plans recruiting events
 Serves as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
 Contact person for associates and applicants

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or some related field
 Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 Fluency in English language
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal and professional written communication skills
 Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
