Human Resources Generalist
Your role:
- Supports and participates in recruitment and selection processes - reviewing and shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, preparing job offers
- Organize student internship programs and maintains relationship with local collegues
- Assist with HR branding activities
- Organize special events (Internal events for employees and job fairs)
- Supports and participates in performance apprail
- Manage people development and training processes
- Provide on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Maintain clear and efficient administrative processes for specific HR activities (recruiting, performance review system, trainings and people development processes etc.)
- Keep up to date systematization of work positions

Requirements:
- University degree in social sciences (psychology, human resources management or organizational sciences)
- 2+ years of working experience in HR department
- Experience in software industry HR will be considered as advantage
- Advanced level in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative and proactive approach
- Team spirit and positive, flexible approach
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Driver's license B category
