Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team. This role plays a central part in shaping and executing comprehensive HR and recruitment processes. You will act as a strategic bridge between clients, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who thrives in a dynamic remote environment and has strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs; craft job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview criteria aligned with expectations.
  • Engage and support candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver consistent results.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent updates and timely communication.
  • Design and implement HR systems, processes, and best practices for a remote workforce.
  • Manage documentation, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
  • Create and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner and advocate for employees.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement; address concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate employee check-ins, performance feedback cycles, and remote work best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal standards, and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems/ATS tools and ability to implement or optimize them.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with initiative and ownership.
  • Native or excellent-level English proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an international environment, especially with the U.S. market.
  • Previous work or study experience abroad is a strong advantage.
  • Native English.
